Las cocineras son parte de la economía de cada comunidad y muchas veces del mismo desarrollo de esa localidad.

Y el premio es muchas veces solo ver sonrisas, mas allá del cansancio y las dificultades o diferencias. También, sabe pasar que llega gente nueva ve el emprendimiento y saca las mejores ideas y saberes de ese lugar. Para luego proyectarlo en su lugar de origen, no hay aportación ninguna y solo piensan en el ganar y ganar. Mi pequeño aporte, en mi ciudad, es hacer conocer la cocina mexicana. El tener la bendición de conocer México y vivir muchos años allá, acrecentó esta pasión. Soy Cocinera Amateur y este Amor por la cocina de este país nació, 1ro en la cocina de mis padres Uruguayos. El panadero y ella cocinera. También influencio mucho el ver preparar a mi suegra sus adobos, caldos y el molcajete siempre a mano. Hacia delicias con un puñado de cosas, ella tiene una sazón increíble.

Mexicana de nacimiento, de Tlaxcala, con una cultura gastronómica enorme. Esto me acerco muchísimo a la cocina mexicana y a sus sabores y aunque aun no he podido aprender todo lo que de su cocina. Cada día voy probando nuevos sabores y recorro así su cultura gastronómica. Luego la vida me volvió a traer a mi país, mi esposo Mexicano extrañaba mucho sus comidas. Fue así que con las recetas de mi suegra y lo que aprendí en ese país, decidí cocinar, todas esas delicias. Y también comenzar mi pequeño emprendimiento de Tortillas Mexicanas.

Lo mas difícil, hoy día es llevar adelante este proyecto son los insumos, que no se consiguen. Y el que no se valore tanto la cocina Mexicana, por lo menos en esta parte de Argentina. Pero este esfuerzo se hace mas llevadero, cuando en tu camino encuentras personas Mágicas que se acercan a este lugar intimo que es la cocina. El apoyo de la gente es muy importante en momentos, que azota al mundo una gran Pandemia… Esta soy yo y este es mi lugar en el mundo, hoy… Por que aunque no estemos en el lugar que deseamos, cada unos puede hacer algo para que esta situación cambie. No se donde me lleve la vida, pero hoy estoy aquí en Entre Ríos, Gualeguaychu, a 350 km de capital. Haciendo lo que mas me gusta y mejor me sale … COMIDA MEXICANA
