Tarta de peras y bananas/ platanos en sarten

INGREDIENTES PARA EL CARAMELO

1/4 taza de azúcar 1/4 vaso de agua 25 gs de manteca / mantequilla cortada e cubitos.

2 peras peladas y cortadas en gajitos finos 2 babanas / platanos cortados en rebanadas .

Masa 1taza de harina leudante / o para hotcakes 1/2 taza de leche 2 huevos 1/ 4 raza de azucar 1 cucharadita esencia de vainilla.

PREPARACION Poner en el sarten que vamos a utilizar

, este debe ser uno que no se peuen las preparaciones. Colocar el azúcar y cubrirlo con el agua, dejar hervir hasta que comience a tomar color dorado, agregar la manteca. Sacar del fuego y cubrirlo con las peras cortadas y las bananas . En un bols colocar los huevos con el azúcar y batir bien , agregar la esencia y la leche poco a poco sin dejar de batir . por ultimo agregar suavemente sin batir el harina, con movimientos envolventes .

Volcar esta preparacion sobre las peras y bananas y llevar al fuego medio bajo por 30 min aproximadamente o hasta que notemos al pinchar con un palillo que la masa esta cocida. Dejar reposar solo unos minutos y desamoldar dándolo vuelta sobre un plato.

ESTA TARTA SE PUEDE HACER SOLO DE BANANAS O DE SOLO PERAS O MANZANAS
