LOS DIPS O SALSAS UNTABLES SON UN ALIADO ENORME, EN REUNIONES DE AMIGOS Y FAMILIA .

ESTAR RECETAS SON RECETAS QUE YA HE PROBADO Y QUE DAN MUY BUEN RESULTADO

DIPS DE MORRON: NECESITAMOS. 1 pote chico de 200 gs de crema de leche 2 cucharadas de cebolla blanca mediana picadita. 1 morron rojo mediano picadito. Jugo de 1 limón exprimido. Pimienta blanca a gusto. Una pizca de comino. Sal a gusto.

PREPARACION: Mesclar en un bols todos los igredientes y refrigerar por lo menos de 2 a 3 horas

DIPS DE PATE FOI: 1 Latita de pate. 1 pote chico de queso crema. 2 cucharadas de jugo de limon. 2 cucharadas de moztaza. 4 cucharadas de perejil picado chiquito. 1/2 pote de crema de leche.

PREPARACION: Mesclar todo muy bien y refrigerar

DIPS DE CEBOLLA DE VERDEO: NECESITAMOS. 1 pote de crema chico 200gs. 1/2 taza de cebollas de verdeo picaditas chiquito 1 cucharadita salsa de soja. 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta. sal a gusto

PREPARACIÓN: Mesclar bien y llevar al refrigerador hasta que la vallamos a usar.

DIPS DE ALBAHACA : NECESITAMOS. 1 Pote chico de crema de leche de 200gs. 1/4 de taza de albahaca picadita. 1 tomate chiquito no muy maduro picadito. 3 cucharadas de aceite neutro o de oliva. sal a gusto. Optativo podemos poner 1 diente de ajo picadito.

PREPARACION: Tenemos 2 opciones , dejar a parte 1 cucharadita de albahaca para adornar y licuar todo… Listo llevar al refrigerador , o mesclar todo sin licuar probar de sal y llevar al refrigerador de las 2 maneras queda muy rica.

DIPS CREMOSO DE TOMATES: NECESITAMOS. 1 Pote chico de 200gs de queso crema. 1/4 taza de katchup. 1 tomate pequeño picado 1 cucharadita de cebolla de verdeo picada o perejil. 1/4 de cebolla picadita.

PREPARACIÓN: Tenemos 2 opciones licuamos todo o pasamos por el mixer y adornamos con el perejil o la cebolla de verde. o mezclamos todo muy bien siempre probando que este bien de sal y listo, llevamos al refrigerador
