Tacos al estilo ArgenMex

por La Abuelaen en Salsas

 

Que necesitamos

1/2 kg de pulpa de cerdo cortada en bifes o filetes no muy gruesos

1 pimiento morrón Rojo cortado en juliana

1 pimiento morrón verde cortada en juliana

1 Cebolla mediana cortada en juliana

2 dientes de ajo picaditos

Condimentos y sal al gusto

Tortillas/ rapiditas unas 15, aproximadamente

Como los preparamos

Ponemos a calentar un sartén algo grande.                                                                                                               Mientras tanto cortamos la carne en tiras finas, las condimentamos y salamos un poco.                                             Agregamos 1 cucharada de aceite al sartén y volvamos allí la carne.                                                                                Dejamos que se cocine y se dore un poco y la sacamos del sartén y la colocamos en un bols.                                   Volvemos a llevar el sartén al fuego y le agregamos otra cucharada de aceite, cuando este caliente volvamos allí las verduras cortadas en juliana y dejamos que se cocinen, cuando comiencen a dotarse volvamos sobre estas la carne y mezclamos bien.                                                                                                                                                          Agregamos unas 3 cucharadas de puré de tomate , dejamos cocer unos minutos más y ya está listo nuestro relleno. Podemos acompañar los Tacos con salsa a gusto, a disfrutar se a dicho, este rico platillo tan buscado por los Argentinos.
